"When I was an aviation pilot, I was fascinated with the vast landscapes stretching out under my craft during the flight, shaping my love for nature. I felt as a part of nature but, as years passed, I realized the irreparable damage to the environment. I dedicated the two first decades as an artist, to try to make awareness with my artwork about the destruction, sterilization and drying up of our planet. I made varieties of combinations using dry plants, stones, clay, dead tree trunks to express a warning with the hope that we defeat indifference to act in order to preserve the future of nature, animals and mankind."
